Indiana Legal Malpractice Attorney
Hi. I am a solo practitioner attorney. I have handled legal malpractice and attorney fee problems throughout Indiana since 1976. Most of my clients are the former clients of other attorneys.
I have always been a solo practitioner, and I have valued my independence. Independence is a good quality for an attorney who represents individuals and businesses who have problems with attorneys.
In my independence, I like clients to be cooperative, reasonable, and honest. My clients can expect those traits from me. I often will add some humor.
Legal malpractice claims are often complicated and difficult, and I work with my clients to try to achieve satisfactory results. A satisfactory result requires a client's knowledge about his or her case. The general scope of my practice falls into the following three categories:
