How Can I Challenge an Unfair Legal Bill?
If you are being sued by an attorney or if you want to dispute a legal bill you have just received, you should contact an attorney to determine the nature of your rights to contest the charges and to determine whether you have a claim for negligence or other form of legal malpractice that might have to be brought as a counterclaim or countersuit.
